Australian-made boom-mounted compactors
Compact slopes, trenches and foundations from the cab, without leaving the excavator you already brought to site.
PneuVibe has been manufacturing vibratory equipment in Mordialloc, Victoria since 1939, the original Fred Burke Engineering, now operating as PneuVibe. Their CP-series boom-mounted plate compactors fit directly to existing hydraulic hammer mounts, so the excavator already on site doubles as your compactor. Seven models cover carriers from 1.5 tonnes (CP15) up to 40 tonnes (CP301), with patented rubber vibration isolators and built-in priority valves. Monty Products supplies and supports the full range across Australia.
Bolts to the Hammer Mount
Engineered for direct attachment to existing hydraulic hammer mounting heads, no dedicated compactor machine, no special hydraulics. The excavator already on site does the job.
Inclined Compaction
Purpose-built for slopes, embankments and trench walls where walk-behind plate compactors can't safely operate. Patented rubber vibration mounts protect the carrier from cycle loads.
Australian-Made Since 1939
Designed, machined and assembled in Mordialloc, Victoria. PneuVibe traces its heritage back to Fred Burke Engineering, over eight decades of Australian industrial engineering.

Where It Works
Common applications across Australian construction, demolition and civil sites.
Trench backfill
Compact backfill material in narrow trenches without putting personnel in the trench.
Embankment slopes
Compact sloped surfaces and embankments inaccessible to walk-behind compactors.
Foundation preparation
Prepare and compact foundation beds for structures, slabs and paving works.
Road & footpath construction
Compact sub-base and base course materials efficiently across long runs.
Sheet & pile driving
Drive sheet piles and H-piles into the ground with hydraulic vibration assistance through difficult ground.
Pipeline & cable laying
Compact sand bedding and backfill over pipelines, conduits and underground services.
