Description
KEMROC’s DMW series cutting wheels have been developed in collaboration with customers for attachment to hydraulic excavators, providing two lateral high-torque hydraulic motors that guarantee high drive power and maximum cutting forces. This results in enormous production outputs, even in hard rock up to a uniaxial compressive strength of 120MPa and reinforced concrete.
KEMROC produces these robust machines in 4 sizes for excavators ranging from 14 to 60 tons operating weight. To cater to a wide range of applications, DMW cutting wheels are available in various cutting wheel variants for cutting depths of up to 1,000 millimeters, with sophisticated tool assemblies up to 400 millimeters wide. The company also offers special widths and cutting depths upon request.
The DMW series cutting wheels can be used up to 30 meters underwater, making them suitable for milling trenches and demolition in underwater environments.
